This is a high-value, flexible engagement built for professionals who already have an established presence within India’s academic ecosystem. You bring the relationships — we bring a world-class programme, a credible UK-regulated brand, and everything you need to close.

Your commission is tied directly to the revenue Derivion earns from the institutions you bring on board. There is no cap. Active partnerships generate recurring income across every cohort cycle — meaning a single well-placed MoU can pay you for years.

What You Will Do

  • Own your lead pipeline — call, follow up, and close warm inbound enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
  • Understand each prospect’s background and career goals, then pitch the right programme with conviction
  • Handle objections on fees, course structure, ROI, and career outcomes — and close through them
  • Execute relentless, structured follow-ups on undecided prospects — no lead left behind
  • Hit and exceed monthly enrolment targets consistently
  • Maintain CRM records with full accuracy — call notes, lead status, follow-up schedules, pipeline value
  • Provide regular feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and objection patterns
  • Represent Derivion professionally at every touchpoint — you are the first impression of our brand

Who This Is For

This role is exclusively for professionals who already have active, direct access to academic decision-makers. We are not looking for someone to build a network from scratch — we are looking for someone to activate one.

Ideal Backgrounds

  • Education consultants with established university relationships
  • Former academic partnership managers or university liaison professionals
  • Independent brokers who have previously closed institutional MoUs or collaborations
  • Ex-university administrators, placement partners, or academic council members
  • Professionals from skill development, EdTech, or professional certification sectors with university-level access

What We’re Looking For

  • Demonstrable experience facilitating university or college MoUs — not just introductions
  • Active, current relationships with academic decision-makers at Indian universities or colleges
  • The professional credibility to represent a UK OfQual-regulated institution at the leadership level
  • Ability to manage the full cycle from introduction to agreement — not just warm leads
  • Self-driven with strong follow-through — this role rewards persistence and relationship depth
  • Comfortable working on a commission-only structure tied to performance
