As Marketing Manager, you will lead all marketing initiatives for Derivion — from brand strategy and digital campaigns to content, events, and lead generation. You will work directly with the leadership team to drive cohort enrolments, build partnerships, and grow Derivion’s presence across India.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Strategy
Own and execute Derivion’s end-to-end marketing strategy aligned with enrolment targets
Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels — digital, print, and events
Build and manage the marketing calendar across cohort cycles
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
Plan and run performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), and LinkedIn
Manage SEO/SEM strategy to grow organic traffic and inbound enquiries
Own the website (WordPress) — landing pages, content updates, conversion optimisation
Set up and monitor marketing funnels — leads, MQLs, enrolment rates
Content & Social Media
Create and oversee content — blog posts, thought leadership pieces, video scripts, social media
Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) and community engagement
Collaborate with faculty to produce credibility-building content on trading and financial markets
Events & Partnerships
Plan and promote live/online bootcamps, open days, and workshops
Identify and manage partnerships with colleges, finance clubs, and media platforms
Represent the brand at education fairs, finance events, and industry forums
Analytics & Reporting
Track and report on KPIs — CAC, CPL, ROAS, enrolment conversion rates
Use data to optimise campaigns and present insights to leadership
What We’re Looking For
Required
3–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in EdTech, Finance, or B2C services
Hands-on experience running paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn)
Strong copywriting and content creation skills in English
Proven track record of generating leads and driving revenue through marketing
Analytical mindset — comfortable with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience in financial services, trading education, or professional certification marketing
Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
Knowledge of video content production and YouTube growth strategies
Understanding of the Indian EdTech or financial services landscape
