Refund & Cancellation

At Derivion International Business & Finance School (“Derivion,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we strive to deliver transparent and fair policies regarding refunds and cancellations. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are applicable for students and clients engaging with our services.

1. General Policy

  • All fees paid to Derivion are considered final and non-refundable, except as outlined in this policy.

  • Refunds are only considered in unavoidable and exceptional circumstances and must be requested in writing.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

A student may be eligible for a refund only if:

  • The refund request is made at least 14 days before the scheduled start date of the program/service.

  • The reason qualifies as unavoidable circumstances, which may include:

    • Serious medical emergencies (with valid documentation)

    • Visa refusal (with official proof from the embassy/consulate)

    • Other unforeseen events beyond the student’s reasonable control, reviewed on a case-by-case basis

3. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Application fees, processing charges, and administrative costs are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • Any third-party service fees (e.g., exam fees, university application charges, visa fees) are not covered by this policy and remain non-refundable.

4. Refund Process & Timeline

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@derivion.in.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days from the date of confirmation.

  • Refunds will be made only to the original mode of payment (bank transfer, card, or payment gateway used).

5. Cancellations by Derivion

  • In the rare event that Derivion cancels a program, workshop, or service:

    • Students will be offered a full refund, OR

    • An option to transfer enrolment to the next available batch at no additional cost.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
